Machine RMA Repair Request
- Please note that all steps, except for line address 2, must be completed to submit the form and receive your RMA Number.
- Any repair and/or shipping charges will be applied per our warranty. Warranty information is available on our warranty page: MagnaWave Warranty Information.
- You will be invoiced for Return Shipping and/or Repair fees before your equipment is returned, for repairs.
- Once submitted, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days that will include your RMA number and instructions on where and how to ship your equipment. DO NOT ship your MagnaWave equipment until you receive the RMA instruction email; If you do not see this email in 48 hours, please check your junk and spam folders.
- You will receive an email with a link to submit your tracking number to us so we can look out for your machine.
