Your machine Serial Number is located on the lower corner on the inside of the door of all All-Terrain and Traveler machines. It is on the bottom of the office machines. It is usually a 5 digit number. This number is required before your machine can be repaired.

You MUST fill out the credit card authorization form that will be emailed to you. If you would like to check the warranty status of your machine or the availability of a loaner machine please call 833-MagnaWave. If a machine is available, you may rent one during your repair time. The cost is $100 a week plus shipping. By submitting this form you agree to all our terms and conditions including but not limited to the information below. MagnaWave and its suppliers are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages caused by return shipping. Loaner machines must be returned within 2-3 business days upon return of your machine, otherwise you may be charged additional fees. MagnaWave is not responsible for returning any machines by a certain date, if you are in a rush please choose expedited return shipping. Depending on repairs needed, machine service can take 7 to 10 business days plus shipping. You are responsible for all shipping charges, warranty repairs will be covered.
