Loaner machines rent for $100 a week and are based on availability. The rental fee starts when the machine ships and ends when the machine is returned. Loaner machines must be returned within 3 business days upon the return of your machine.
Shipping charges are your responsibility. MagnaWave is not responsible for returning a machine by a certain date, if you are in a rush, please choose expedited return shipping.
MagnaWave and its suppliers are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or damage caused during return shipping.
All work will be completed in the order received and generally takes around 10-15 business days after being received, however, repair times can vary. Repair costs for equipment that is under the 3-year warranty will be covered unless voided or expired.
