- Loaner machines rent for $100 a week and are based on availability. The rental fee starts when the machine ships and ends when the machine is returned. Loaner machines must be returned within 3 business days upon the return of your machine.
- Shipping charges are your responsibility. MagnaWave is not responsible for returning a machine by a certain date, if you are in a rush, please choose expedited return shipping.
- MagnaWave and its suppliers are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or damage caused during return shipping.
- All work will be completed in the order received and generally takes around 10-15 business days after being received, however, repair times can vary. Repair costs for equipment that is under the 3-year warranty will be covered unless voided or expired.
